1. How does the ordering process work?

You contact me with your goal (e.g. social clip, website, gift, advertising). We define style, platform, duration and intended impact. For larger projects, you receive a short test or style preview first. Production starts only after approval. Small adjustments are possible within the agreed direction.

2. What files are required for an animation?

High-resolution JPG or PNG files are ideal. For miniatures, multiple angles are helpful. For text-to-video or text-to-image, a clear description is sufficient. If material is technically problematic, I will tell you honestly what is realistic.

3. How long does production take?

Simple clips usually take 24–48 hours. Cinematic, branding or complete packages require more time depending on scope. You receive a realistic timeline before production begins.

4. Can I use the result commercially?

Yes – depending on the selected license tier. For private use, the basic license is usually sufficient. For commercial use (website, advertising, social ads, shop etc.) extended licenses apply.

5. What if the result does not meet my expectations?

Style and goal are clearly aligned in advance. Small refinements are possible. Major stylistic changes or completely new directions are treated as a new project.

6. In which formats will I receive the files?

Images: JPEG, JPG, PNG, WEBP
Videos: MP4 (standard), MOV (optional)
Formats: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9

Multiple versions can be provided if required.

7. How are trademarked contents handled?

I work responsibly and brand-aware. If there are legal concerns regarding submitted material, you will receive feedback and alternative suggestions. Responsibility for submitted material lies with the client.

8. Which AI engines are used?

Depending on the project, different or multiple engines are used. Each technology has specific strengths (stability, cinematic quality, detail). The focus is always on the final result – not the tool itself.

9. Do you also offer sound, music or voiceover?

Yes. Sound design, music, atmosphere, AI voiceover and voice cloning are possible. Professional voicemail and phone announcements are also available.

10. What payment methods are available?

Advance payment via PayPal or bank transfer. For larger projects, partial payments are possible. Production begins after acceptance of the offer.
